Outings and socializing

by Shirley Pegman 8. April 2010 10:12
All of us in the Cuddly Cubs would like to say a big thank you to those who participated in our Easter Bonnet Parade, it was lovely to see your wonderful creations and to see everyone getting on so well. We would like to say Goodbye to Joey and Diya who have moved on to the next room, and a big hello to Myan and Jack who are new to the Cuddly Cubs. On Tuesday the Cuddly Cubs took a walk to the Library which was closed unfortunately but we enjoyed looking at leaves, trees, birds and other objects along the way. We also visited the Doctors Surgery who welcomed us and gave us some leaflets to look at. This weeks activities are all based on socializing with others and our keyworkers showing all different signs of interaction. We are trying to go for a walk as often as we can, this gives the children an opportunity to explore the surrounding environment with Kirsty, Leanna and Shirley.
