Just after New Year amidst all the snow, we had our annual routine Environmental Health Inspection on our kitchen and we are delighted to report that we have been awarded a 5 star rating by the Environmental Health. This inspection is unannounced and they look at the hygiene practices, as well as the paperwork to back it up. Five stars is the highest you can get for a catering establishment and so naturally we are very proud.
