Today in the Playful Pups, the children looked at the rain through the window, so we decided to take them outside into the garden and asked them if they wanted to jump and splash in the puddles. All of the children rushed over to the coat pegs and some even picked up their own wellie boots. When outside, the children showed such excitement jumping in the puddles as well as splashing in puddles and getting their rain suits wet. This encourages children to use their imagination when playing and also helps promote their physical development by learning how to jump and stamp in puddles.
What fun we had!!
