We just wanted to let you all know that Sheree has left us today (Thursday). Sheree has a lot of personal problems at the moment, and we just thought it was kinder and more supportive to let her go. We wish Sheree all the best in the future and thank her for all the support she has shown us since she has started working with us.
We were planning to move the team around, with Leanne going into maternity leave and we were already aware that Sheree, as a deputy was spending too much time out of the rooms and so these plans were afoot!
We are delighted to let you know that Kay is moving into the Racoons, following the children up through the nursery. Kay is really looking forward to working with Lizzie and this pre-school room. Kay is being promoted to be 'Third in Charge', this shouldn’t affect any time out of the room, as this role is opening up or closing down the nursery. Ali will be moving into the Chipmunks, and is also being promoted to be 'Deputy' and we wish her the very best with this new role, Ali has worked with us for many years and chomping at the bit for a new challenge. Going forwards Ali will spend one day out of the room doing deputy bits and this will always be on our quietest day. In the short term, this might be more, while we get Ali up to speed. Stacy is also being promoted to Room Leader of the Pups, this is a fantastic opportunity for Stacy.Also a warm welcome to Kirsty joining the Cuddly Cubs. Kirsty has been our bank team for over a year working in all the rooms. Kirsty is really looking forward to working in the Cubs and having her own key children. We really wish her and everyone else, all the best in their new roles.
