Making tents in our room

by Abi Payne 25. November 2009 13:04

Hello Everyone

Today in the Cuddly Cubs the children had great fun exploring in enclosures that we made!

We used large pieces of fabric to corner off areas. We lined our wooden cube to make a cosy corner with cushions and blankets inside for the children to cuddle up and spend time with each other and form relationships.   The children used their imagination taking toys and books in with them, crawling in and out playing peek – a - boo games with the key workers.

This is a great activity for playing at home.  Making tents from chairs and blankets or a clothes horse with clothes pegs to secure is simple, fun and will provide entertainment for you and your child.
