On Friday 9th October we will be celebrating National book start day with all the children. The theme for this year is “My Favourite Rhyme”. We are hoping that all of the children will be able to participate by dressing up as one of their favourite nursery rhyme characters.
So we are calling upon all parents to dig out those needles and threads and show us your skills (or pop to Tesco’s!!)
We will also be inviting the local press in to photograph the children and team.
As well as this each room will award a prize for the best costume.
So we all look forward to seeing your efforts but please remember not to upstage the team as we will be participating and need to look good for the press too!
