Amanda and Christabelle are progressing with the Direct Debits and we are phasing the implementation of these, so that we can have a seamless transition onto this new scheme (or as much as possible!!) The plan was to start with all new families in September and to move forwards with the youngest rooms and then we will move up through the nursery room by room month by month, with breaks giving us enough time to review what we are doing.
We have already started the process with all of the new families who are starting in September and then with the baby room moving on board in October, with a review over this time and then the rest of the rooms moving along at the end of the year and into the new year, so don't worry if we haven't sent you a letter on this yet - don't worry you haven't lost it!! We will keep you up to date on the blog and also write to you when we are starting with your room.
We met with the Coop Bank last week and now have a fuller understanding of their process and with the amount of time left until the end of the month with a bank holiday we made the decision to put back the start date until October so we can be as ready as possible.
