Emma and I have been working up a refurbishment programme for The Teepee, it's always important to keep things looking their best and we've got a couple of projects that are just about to kick off.
We're moving out of the kitchen over the summer - a big thank you to The Pines School for letting us use their kitchen while we refit ours. We've already started working on the garden by putting some decking around the sandpit for the children to sit comfortablity on whilst they play. In the summer we will take this forwards by laying astro turf over the whole of the upper garden, this is really exciting for us as we've spent many a summer (unsussefully )trying to get the grass to grow. This way the children will have a grassy area to play on all year round.
We are also replacing the flooring throughout the nursery and some of the storage units to make them more ergonic for the children and team to use - watch this space for more.
